Holistic Coaching and Integrative Healing
I am a Certified Professional Life Coach, certified through the ICF accredited program, iPEC. I am also a healing practitioner trained in the Self-LOVE process ® with Christen Daniel LLC. I also hold a certification as a HeartMath Coach/Mentor and I am Reiki Level 1 Certified. I have been educated in dreamwork which can reveal areas for healing and coaching work. With those tools combined, I offer holistic coaching and integrative healing grounded in self-love. I coach to allow in self-compassion, self- forgiveness, reconnection to your intuition, and if helpful, healing with your inner child.

Speech Therapy Consultation
I am a licensed and credentialed Speech Therapist (CA and MA) with a Master’s degree from Boston University in Speech Language and Hearing Sciences and 19 years experience and extensive training in social emotional learning, autism and Alternative and Augmentative Communication. For a long time, I helped kids who did not communicate with verbal language to find their voices using alternative methods. I also helped kids using all communication modalities increase their awareness around how they communicated socially and helped them to learn self-regulation tools. I used a lot of patience, creativity and flexibility in those workings. I also worked with a lot of parents, collaborating to provide speech therapy to their children and also supporting them through the emotional challenges of having children that needed unexpected support. I love writing Social Stories ™, stories that explain the expectations of social situations and write them for my own children.
Please note that I do not provide paperwork or super bills for insurance reimbursement.

How can I set up an appointment?
Let’s set up a connection call first. If we decide to move forward, I will send you a link to find an available appointment time using a service called Paperbell. I can also schedule an appointment for you during our call.
Where do we meet?
We will meet online with Google Meet. You do not need a Google account to participate.
How do you accept payment?
I accept payment via Stripe when booking through Paperbell.
Can I sponsor someone or buy a gift certificate for someone else?
YES! First of all, how thoughtful! Your generosity could really help someone! Please know that any information resulting from the sessions that you give, including the timing, occurrence or content of sessions will not be given to any financial sponsors. As a sponsor, you are welcome to ask the client any questions you like but the client is not bound to provide any information. They can provide whatever feels best to them.
